Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.## **This role in summary**Accountable to develop and deliver word class equipment, tooling and technology to the RAMOS factory using WCM methodology## **Your responsibilities will include**Responsibilities: - Installation of equipment, tooling and technology - Trial Production of equipment and tooling - Star-up of equipment and tooling - Equipment Readiness (MPPAP, EEM 7 Steps, Equipment Open Issues) - AY & PV Build Issues - Expense / Capital Managment - Total Variable Cost Managment Obligations: - Layout - Ship Tool / Equipment - Site Prep Inspection - Installation Schedule / Audit Checks - Managment Installation Problem Solving with in Cross-Functional Areas - Set-up & Debug Tool / Equipment - T3 - Tool / Equipment Runoffs - Process Capability Check (CPK) - Reaction Plan submition - Cycle Time Check - Process Parameter Check - Safety Review - Lessons Learned## **Minimum requirements**EDUCATION:Manufacturing EngineeringMechatronics / Mechanical EngineeringQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing EngineeringSKILLS:2+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment.2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.EXPERIENCE:2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.LANGUAGES:English: IntermediateConnect with us and learn more about Whirlpool CorporationSee what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
