What will you do? As a Senior Financial Analyst in the E2E Performance Pillar, you will take a leading role in driving financial performance, productivity insights, and strategic decision‑making across the NAM region. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to Plant Controllers, FP&A, and Productivity leaders, helping translate data into impactful actions. Lead financial and productivity analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities Own and enhance reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful outputs Partner with stakeholders to influence decision‑making through data‑driven recommendations Drive forecasting and planning activities, ensuring alignment with business strategy Oversee month‑end close deliverables and ensure integrity of financial data Lead or support cross‑functional initiatives related to productivity and finance transformation Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability building What will make you successful?
