Role Overview Director of Facilities Management & Engineering – World Class Luxury Hospitality & Private Residences development. Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico. Salary: US $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus, medical insurance and benefits. We are seeking a senior leader to oversee facilities management, engineering operations and estate infrastructure across ultra-luxury residences, club facilities, hospitality-driven amenities and supporting assets, ensuring exceptional owner experience, service standards and asset performance. Key Responsibilities Lead facilities management and engineering operations across residences, amenities and estate assets Oversee preventative maintenance, MEP systems, utilities, infrastructure and service delivery standards Manage engineering teams, contractors, vendors and specialist service providers Drive operational excellence, asset protection, compliance, lifecycle planning and capex execution Partner with Development, Construction, Residential Services and Hospitality teams on handovers, defects and owner experience Ensure a seamless, luxury-level operational environment across a complex destination setting Requirements Proven leadership within ultra-luxury residential, hospitality, resort or destination environments Strong facilities management and engineering experience across high-end estates, hotels, clubs or branded residential communities Deep understanding of MEP systems, maintenance strategy, contractor management and operational best practice Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and service-led mindset Experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs or destination communities highly desirable Fluent English & Spanish Apply To explore this opportunity confidentially, please apply or contact Cambium directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
