We are seeking a Structural & Thermal Engineer with strong expertise in FEA-based simulation and battery system design . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in mechanical and thermal modeling , focusing on durability, vibration, and crash performance of battery systems. Key Responsibilities Perform FEA simulations for structural and thermal analysis of battery systems Conduct analysis in areas such as: Crash / Crush Mechanical shock & vibration Durability & structural integrity Develop and validate thermal management strategies for Li‑Ion and battery pack systems Work with tools like ANSA and ABAQUS for modeling and simulation Support design validation and prototype testing of battery systems Interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, testing, systems) Provide technical guidance on structural and thermal performance Required Skills Strong experience in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Hands‑on experience with: ANSA ABAQUS Experience in mechanical + thermal modeling and simulation Knowledge of: Vibration, shock, crash analysis Experience in automotive or battery systems Preferred Skills Experience with Li‑Ion battery systems / BMS Exposure to OEM / Tier 1 automotive environment Understanding of thermal management in battery packs Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
