What You’ll Do As a SAP PMO Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you’re not just filling a role—you’re becoming a catalyst for operational excellence and digital transformation. You will: Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions. Ensure alignment with global business processes and drive standardization across operations. Global Project Delivery Spearhead SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects , collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions and oversee end-to-end process integration. Change & Stakeholder Management Prioritize and execute SAP Change Requests , assessing their impact on business processes, integrations, and data. Engage with executive, managerial, and operational stakeholders to align SAP solutions with strategic goals and facilitate smooth change adoption. Team Development & Governance Mentor and develop a team of SAP functional analysts/consultants , providing technical direction and performance feedback. Own and maintain functional documentation . Drive process excellence by promoting SAP best practices and identifying opportunities for technological innovation. Support critical incident resolution , root cause analysis, and post-go-live activities to ensure operational stability. Who You Are We’re looking for a dynamic professional with: 7–10 years of experience in Project Management , with 5–7 years leading SAP projects. Direct involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or migrations for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations (Production Execution). Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and experience in project governance, risk management, and resource coordination . Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe) are highly desirable. Location : Based in Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque) or open to relocating.
