Responsibilities Drive recruitment processes to attract top talent and align with PwC values and firm strategy. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Collaborate with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying challenges and scopes. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity; manage applicant data in ATS and recruitment software. Own the process and deliver quality work that drives value for clients and the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of recruitment experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. English Advanced skills.
