Key Responsibilities: Review, validate, and maintain customer demand in ERP and planning systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Execute demand changes (pull‑ins, push‑outs, quantity adjustments, and mix changes) in accordance with standard lead times and demand management policies. Ensure sales orders, purchase orders, and forecasts are aligned and matched to customer requirements and supply capabilities. Proactively identify demand‑related risks such as forecast volatility, demand outside lead time, or system misalignment. Escalate demand exceptions requiring management approval or customer negotiation. Maintain documentation of demand processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to demand management, order accuracy, and customer responsiveness. Job Objectives: The objective of the Demand Management Associate is to accurately execute and manage customer demand by ensuring alignment between sales orders, forecasts, production plans, and supply commitments. The role supports on‑timedelivery and customer satisfaction by controlling demand changes, validating system accuracy, and coordinating cross‑functional execution across Sales, Planning, Value Stream Management, and Delivery Assurance. The Demand Management Associate acts as a key operational owner of customer demand, proactively identifying risks, escalating exceptions, and supporting business reviews to ensure demand stability and reliable supply chain performance, consistent with defined roles and responsibilities in the RLCS demand management framework. Requirements: Experience in demand management, supply chain, customer service, or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of order‑to‑delivery processes and demand/forecast concepts. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and reconcile data.
