The Regional Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing strategy, ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the plants under their scope. The primary objective is to guarantee the organization’s technical and productive competitiveness through resource optimization, technological innovation, and talent development. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including multi-plant or regional leadership. Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , project management, and automation. Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction for engineering functions across assigned plants. Oversee the implementation of new products and production processes, ensuring compliance with global standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Ensure compliance with quality standards , safety regulations, and environmental policies. Manage regional budgets, technical resources, and workforce allocation. Coordinate projects related to automation, energy efficiency, and industrial digitalization. Develop training and succession plans for engineering teams. Report performance indicators and strategic results to corporate leadership. Core Competencies Global vision and results-oriented mindset.
