We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead or Architect to join our growing practice. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on complex Salesforce implementations, guiding distributed development teams and acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering. You will own the end-to-end solution design for some of our most demanding enterprise engagements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead solution design and architecture across Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Digital Experience Cloud implementations. Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the development team. Translate complex functional and business requirements into clear, scalable technical specifications and architecture documents. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, facilitating workshops, design sessions, and executive-level presentations. Mentor and guide a distributed team of Salesforce developers across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, with expertise in Amazon Connect for Service Cloud Voice deployments. Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with architectural decisions and Salesforce best practices. Stay current with the Salesforce platform roadmap and proactively identify opportunities to improve client solutions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity. Deep expertise in Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), including advanced configuration and declarative automation. At least 2 years of proven implementation experience with Service Cloud Voice integrated with Amazon Connect. Solid experience with Digital Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud / Experience Cloud). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams across multiple countries and time zones. Strong communication skills — able to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience converting functional business requirements into robust technical designs. Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or B2C/B2B Solution Architect) are strongly preferred.
