Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Database / CRM Administrator to manage and maintain accurate client data within our internal systems. This role supports Rental Representatives by ensuring all client information, notes, and communications are properly documented, organized, and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable handling data entry, database maintenance, and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client contact information in the CRM system. Input new client records ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Perform regular data audits to clean and validate records (remove duplicates, update outdated information). Upload and organize meeting notes, client updates, and action items in the CRM. Import, export, and reconcile contact lists from spreadsheets and external sources. Collaborate with Rental Representatives and internal teams to ensure data reflects current client relationships and projects. Provide data lookups, summaries, and reports as needed. Ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy standards. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in data entry, CRM administration, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience working with CRM systems (preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with data cleaning and database management. Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
