Senior Network Engineer Location: Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, or Peru. We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise‑grade network solutions across data centers, cloud environments, and office sites worldwide. The role will ensure our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities Maintain and support network infrastructure across office sites, data centers, and cloud environments. Perform small‑scale network deployments and assist in implementing tasks for infrastructure projects. Configure, maintain, and optimize Aruba networking equipment, including switches and wireless controllers. Manage and secure Fortinet firewalls, including policy updates, VPN configurations, and threat monitoring. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service delivery and operational continuity. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise network engineering, with a strong background in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Preferred certifications: Aruba HPe Fortinet NSE (Level 4+), Infoblox Certified Network Professional. Proven experience with Aruba networking equipment, Fortinet firewalls, and Infoblox DDI solutions. Knowledge of routing and switching protocols. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. Proficiency with MS Office 365 and ServiceNow. ITIL qualification (nice to have). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (nice to have). Both Spanish and English speaking and writing at a professional level.
