Manufacturing Maintenance Test Engineer In your daily job you will: Define and document technical requirements for test equipment (HW/SW/MSA). Lead equipment specification (SOW), sourcing, and qualification processes. Ensure installation, debugging, and release of test equipment prior to the SOP. Apply Six Sigma to improve FTQ and OEE through statistical analysis and defect reduction. Apply Six Sigma tools (CPK, GR&R, multi-vari charts) for equipment validation. CT optimization. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and productivity. Perform EOL Tester Internal Calibration. Perform Technical Analysis in case of machine failures and down times. Supporting the Maintenance Department to ensure the expected condition of machines. Execution of Capex according to CFT forecast and proper identification of assets. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and productivity. YOUR BACKGROUND Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: Completed bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in test engineering within the automotive electronics industry. Experience in NI LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand. Knowledge on how to perform EOL Tester Internal Calibration. Interpretation of electrical diagrams. digital & analog.
