Job Overview HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage corrective and preventive actions, improve quality performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer‑specific requirements. Key Responsibilities Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production). Maintain and continually improve the quality system. Manage containment actions for 0Km concerns and quality proactive notifications. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan). Execute IPSO Audit to ensure transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data. Manage quality RMA process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0Km concerns (mass production). Support Quality Inspectors and technicians to ensure compliance with the quality management system. Prepare QA reports. Develop and maintain Control Plans. Handle PPAP submission process and provide customer feedback for approval. Ensure product audits. Other activities as required by the Sr. Customer Quality Engineer. Qualifications Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork & Respect, Excellence. BS Technical Engineering Degree. 3 years of prior experience as Quality Engineer or in industrial product manufacturing environment. English proficiency (90%). Bonus Skills Leadership.
