As the most successful and fast-growing start‑up in Redspher’s portfolio - Europe’s leader in premium freight. We are currently recruiting an Account Executive (AE) / Deal Closer. Consultative Selling Conduct deep‑drop discovery sessions to uncover the client’s specific freight and logistics pain points. Value Positioning Position the Easy4Pro platform as the solution to their validated problems, focusing on efficiency, cost avoidance and Hybrid Logistics enablement. Deal Process Guide prospects through the process, including demos, proposal building and negotiation. Trial Conversion Secure the client’s commitment to the trial period and manage the deal to final conversion. Internal Handoff Ensure a smooth 'Baton Pass' to the Account Manager (Implementation/Customer Success) by clearly documenting the agreed‑upon scope and success criteria. CRM Discipline Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting. Event participation Participants expected to attend fairs and other events whenever needed to develop business and generate leads. Leads Follow Up Contact all leads according to their status. From raw to qualified, should be contacted regularly. Lost cases should be reported and lessons learned to avoid in the future. Experience 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles is preferred. Must demonstrate a proven ability to close. Requirements Must be strong in value‑based selling and focusing on executive‑level outcomes. Preferably with experience selling into logistics, procurement, or enterprise manufacturing/automotive sectors.
