We are currently looking for a Collection Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes. Responsibilities Handles inbound and outbound calls on delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements that benefit both the company and customers. Researches and resolves customer disputes, questions, and concerns regarding account status. Maintains delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors. Utilizes all available tools and investigates possible leads, analyzes delinquent accounts for appropriate action, and makes recommendations to senior manager or supervisor. Required Qualifications Knowledge of collections techniques, business practices, and related state and federal regulations. Intermediate MS Office skills. Fluent English. Action oriented. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Conflict management. Customer focus. Decision quality. Interpersonal skills. Schedule Availability to work 48 hours per week. Work hours: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Saturdays. Depending on department requirements, a 6‑day or 5‑day schedule will be assigned for at least 6 months.
