Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager II, Shared Services to lead a major transformation initiative within our Shared Services operations. This position will manage end‑to‑end project life cycles, from planning to execution and change management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across multifunctional teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, communicate status updates, and manage expectations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization within Finance shared services. Change Management: Develop and execute a change management plan, including training programs and internal communication strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective measures to ensure timely project completion. Performance Monitoring: Define and track project KPIs; provide regular progress reports to leadership and highlight areas requiring attention. Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, operations and human resources, to ensure cohesive transformation efforts. Compliance: Ensure that all transformation activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within shared services, operations, or process improvement environments. Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects from initiation through completion. Strong understanding of Shared Services delivery models and experience with process optimization and automation. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Six Sigma). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. English fluency, proficiency is a strong advantage. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred. Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented.
