Overview The position As an integral member of the Customer Service team, you will serve as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and internal administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing customer workflows and the day-to-day processes of Contractor Development. Specifically, you will: Proactively service and support contractor/ supplier customers Conduct training on software products via phone, web based and face to face meetings Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems Assist with CRM testing Handle customer account management functions, including invoicing and collections Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement Apply customer-centric consulting approaches to ensure the success of customer inquiries Who should apply?
