The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution and support of the Americas People Experience Managers and Advisors. Their role is to ensure all systems are updated, data is accurate, and our business runs smoothly. Incumbents will need to interact with multiple systems, including PeopleSoft and various proprietary ones. Reporting directly to a People Experience Manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you to make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original. Key responsibilities Working closely with the People Experience team located throughout the U.S. and Canada, the People Experience Operations Coordinator will provide the following support: Maintain HRIS (PeopleSoft), including but not limited to entering onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding transactions. Assist with staffing entries in the system (SAP). Support the People Experience team and staffing process. Run monthly HR and staffing audits. Serve as a trusted source for HR and operations-related questions. Support the onboarding process for consultants and management services by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Perform various HR tasks and projects to support the People Experience team in a fast-paced environment. Have previous experience in a Human Resources role and solid experience in office, event, or hotel management, or equivalent professional experience. Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent educational experience. Are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
