About the Role We are seeking a Security Advisor with solid experience in asset protection, loss prevention, and supply chain security , capable of coordinating security operations, managing incidents, and strengthening corporate risk‑mitigation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience overseeing security in facilities, distribution centers, transportation routes, and logistics operations, as well as conducting internal investigations , audits, risk assessments, and coordinating with authorities. This role requires strong skills in developing security strategies, training operational and administrative personnel, evaluating protection technologies, and maintaining relationships with external agencies and strategic partners. Experience in crisis management , real‑time monitoring of global events, and support for critical operations is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Coordinate loss prevention , asset protection, and compliance programs. Oversee security across facilities, distribution centers, routes, and logistics operations. Conduct risk assessments for processes, personnel, facilities, and transportation. Lead internal investigations involving theft, fraud, threats, dishonesty, and other incidents. Audit critical processes (access control, CCTV, XRAY, high‑value shipments, vendors). Coordinate actions with local, state, and federal authorities. Implement preventive and corrective measures to reduce incidents and strengthen business continuity. Develop and deliver security training for internal and external personnel. Supervise contractors, security vendors, and surveillance teams. Prepare executive reports, logs, incident analyses, and compliance documentation. Support the implementation of new security technologies and operational improvements. Maintain relationships with agencies, internal clients, and strategic partners. Requirements Experience in asset protection, logistics, transportation, or supply chain security. Knowledge of audits, investigations, loss prevention, and incident management. Ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and field operations. Strong decision‑making skills under pressure and in critical situations. Excellent communication, leadership, and service orientation.
