Languages Fluent English & Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus) Role Overview We are seeking a Lead SAP SCM Consultant with deep expertise in Logistics Execution and 3PL/4PL integrations. In this role, you will act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving process standardization, defining new process maps, and ensuring high-quality S/4 HANA delivery across LATAM. Key Technical & Industry Experience Core SAP Modules: Extensive experience in SAP SCM, Logistics Execution (LE), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM). Next-Gen Tech: Proven hands-on project experience with S/4 HANA . Integrations: Successful track record of completing complex 3PL integrations (4PL integration and intercompany process experience is highly desirable). What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead & Standardize: Act as the regional workstream SME to identify process gaps, minimize customization, and ensure process standardization. Scope & Delivery: Define, manage, and prioritize work packages based on a "Fit-For-Purpose" approach, delivering on schedule to the Regional Deployment Lead. Outsource Distribution: Drive technical and business solutions for complex warehouse management, inventory, and outsourced distribution (3PL/4PL). Stakeholder & Change Management: Navigate conflict resolution, manage regional delivery risks, and support the Global S/4 Function Head with stakeholder communication.
