PURPOSE The Cloud Systems Administrator applies technology solutions for corporate functions and customer-facing systems, with a focus on security. This role collaborates with peers and partners to deliver quality products, experiences, and exceptional customer service for Collaboration and End User Computing Applications. Responsibilities include executing enterprise cloud initiatives, administering enterprise cloud systems, planning and implementing changes through Change Management, enhancing monitoring, responding to events through Incident Management, and improving user experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Implements, administers, supports, and secures enterprise applications, identities (SSO & SCIM), corporate devices (Windows & MacOS), and internal collaboration platforms (Email, Cloud File Storage, Intranet). Supports the business responsible for End User and Customer Facing Applications, including assisting with complex technical issues and ITSD escalations. Contributes to modernizing the Employee, Franchise, and Agent experience through automation, consistency, security, mobility, and digital wellbeing. Assists with security initiatives, with a heavy focus on email threat protection using Mimecast, as well as monthly Application Patching Management. Participates in planning, managing, and executing enterprise integrations related to Merger & Acquisition activities. Assists with technical communications, guides, and training for the user base regarding new feature introductions, changes, and outages. Evaluates analytics from cloud platforms and modern events to make recommendations for improvements and optimization. Develops and implements cloud solutions using best practices, data-driven decisions, and security-first principles. Collaborates with vendors and stakeholders to understand emerging business needs and opportunities. Assist with Tech cost optimization and annual budget. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Administration, engineering, and support experience related, but not limited to: Intune Device Management – end user computing administration, patching Advanced PowerShell / Infrastructure Automation Scripting Windows Operating System, MacOS nice to have* Active Directory / AADDS / GPO’s Azure Infrastructure – IAM, Networking, Subscriptions & Resources, VMs, Storage Information Protection – DLP, IP, eDiscovery, Retention Exceptional Communication, Collaboration, and Documentation Skills Deep technical skillset and follow through on projects Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology partners QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience 5+ years of IT experience required; at least 2 years of systems administrator experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
