Overview This role is primarily responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, supporting business users, and continuously improving warehouse and materials management processes in a high-paced operational environment. The position works closely with local operations and North America stakeholders, key users, and global SAP teams to ensure system reliability, process efficiency, and user adoption. Responsibilities SAP Functional Support Support daily operations within SAP ECC WM and MM modules. Analyze and resolve SAP-related issues impacting warehouse and supply chain processes. Ensure system stability and proper usage aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with global SAP teams for incident resolution and knowledge sharing. Business Process Improvement Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities. Define and propose solutions aligned with operational needs. Support implementation of enhancements, including testing and documentation. Work closely with business stakeholders to align SAP functionality with operational requirements. Operational Support (Shopfloor & Integration) Support warehouse operations by ensuring proper execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. Coordinate and support resolution of issues impacting SAP-related equipment (RF devices, printers, scanners). Assist users with transactional processes based on proper controls and authorizations. Ensure continuity of operations during critical production or warehouse periods. Project & Continuous Improvement Support Participate in local or global initiatives as required (testing, training, documentation). Support rollout readiness by preparing users and validating system functionality. Develop and track operational KPIs to support performance monitoring and decision‑making. Provide training and continuous guidance to users, supervisors, and associates. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of SAP ECC experience in WM and MM modules. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Strong understanding of warehouse and materials management processes. Experience working with SAP integration points (PP, SD, QM) is a plus. Experience in S/4HANA EWM is desirable but not required. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills in operational environments. Experience supporting end users and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional Requirements Experience with Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) is a plus. Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Availability to support operations during critical periods as needed. Technical Skills SAP ECC WM/MM core experience required. Functional knowledge of SAP processes and integrations. Configuration knowledge is a plus but not required. No programming skills required.
