About the Position We are looking for a SAP PLM consultant with extensive experience in ECC migrations to S/4. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management processes and integrations, ensuring seamless data and process transition. The role requires solid communication skills in English (intermediate or above), as well as the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in global environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and support migrations from ECC to S/4HANA within the PLM domain. Analyze existing ECC PLM processes and design optimized S/4 solutions. Configure SAP PLM modules, including EHS specification and labeling process, Recipe Development (formulation, components and nutrient management, transfer and synchronization), Document Management System (DMS), Product Structure Management. Ensure integration between PLM and other modules (MM, PP, SD, QM). Define and implement migration strategy, mapping, and transformation rules. Prepare functional specifications and documentation and collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams for custom developments. Support data migration activities, validations, and reconciliation. Execute unit tests, integration tests, and support UAT with key business users. Provide functional support and resolve incidents during and post‑migration. Document processes, configurations, and provide training to key users. Follow SAP methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Agile) for project execution. Qualifications +3 years of experience as SAP PLM Consultant, specifically for SAP S/4. Hands‑on experience with ECC → S/4HANA migration projects. Strong knowledge of EHS, RD, DMS, PLM and EDM process integrations. Understanding of master data management and its role in PLM. Experience with testing cycles (UT, IT, UAT). English: Intermediate or higher (oral and written). Knowledge of Fiori apps for PLM in S/4HANA. Experience with Data Migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit). Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for documentation and testing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in international and cross‑functional teams.
