What you’ll experience in this position Personnel management. Resource and process control. Safety, quality and production management. Supporting programs to reduce set‑up time, improve efficiency, quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on‑time delivery. Continuous improvement management. Review of production sequence and work plan. Achievement of goals for Daily Rate, Request Day, OTS, PD. You have Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. +3 years of experience in the production area, preferably in metal mechanical manufacturing. Desirable experience in cutting processes, aluminium, painting and assembly. Experience with SQSC board. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Skills: emotional intelligence, leadership, effective communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, teamwork. Willingness to work different shifts.
