We are looking for a TAq Partner to join the team and support hiring throughout the United States. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality full-cycle recruitment process. It involves partnering with hiring managers and team members to identify talent, develop hiring strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Key Accountabilities Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focused on the US market Collaborate with the Integral Recruitment organisation to support the implementation of recruitment processes, standards, and success measures Work with EBRM and other partners to develop and review candidate-facing communications in line with employer brand guidelines Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process Provide advice and support that assist hiring managers in achieving efficient and successful hiring outcomes What We’re Looking For Confirmed experience leading full-cycle recruitment Proven background in US hiring Advanced English skills Strong partner management and communication skills Nice to Have Previous experience in a global recruitment environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
