Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and implementation of policy. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards. Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing: Participation in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on organizational improvement. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Annual Performance Employee: Support the annual performance review process and assist managers in developing employee growth plans. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
