We are looking for a Growth Manager (Fintech & Remittances) to help accelerate growth across the LatAm corridor. This role is ideal for someone who understands the immigrant experience and the unique dynamics of cross-border money transfers. Performance marketing is managed centrally, so we are looking for someone who can execute growth initiatives, build community trust, develop partnerships, and drive customer acquisition and retention through both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate understands not only digital marketing, but also the emotional and practical reasons why people send money home to support their families. Responsibilities Execute local growth initiatives aligned with seasonal and cultural moments such as Father's Day, Mother's Day, back-to-school, holidays, and other community-driven opportunities. Build relationships with immigrant and diaspora communities through both in-person and digital engagement. Identify and develop partnerships with community organizations, influencers, ambassadors, and trusted local leaders. Conduct customer research to better understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Manage CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Coordinate agencies and vendors supporting events, creative production, and local marketing efforts. Work closely with Product, Operations, Support, and Leadership teams to improve customer experience and operational performance. Travel within target communities to build relationships and identify growth opportunities. Monitor customer feedback and help develop strategies to increase retention and customer satisfaction. Requirements 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing, community engagement, partnerships, or business development. Experience working in fintech, remittances, financial services, marketplaces, or high-growth startups. Strong understanding of immigrant communities and remittance culture. Ideally has a personal immigrant background or extensive experience working with immigrant and diaspora communities. Understands what sending money home means emotionally and practically. Can identify who the target audience trusts, follows, and engages with online and offline. Understands that competition extends beyond digital providers such as Félix Pago or Remitly and includes traditional in-person remittance channels commonly found in Latino supermarkets and community businesses. Strong execution mindset and ability to turn strategy into measurable results. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
