The Opportunity You will support the execution of payroll processes for US employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is a great opportunity to build a career in Payroll, Finance, or HR within a global organization. You will work with payroll data, validate inputs, and help improve processes to ensure high‑quality service delivery and strong operational standards. What You’ll Do Receive, review, and validate payroll inputs to ensure completeness and accuracy Capture and process payroll data in internal systems Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure alignment with policies and pay rules Support payroll controls by comparing and verifying multiple data sources Help meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through timely and accurate execution Identify opportunities for improvement (automation, standardization, documentation) Prepare and document payroll processes to support audits and compliance Qualifications We are looking for early‑career talent or recent graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in Payroll, HR, or Finance.
