A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a Project Controlling Financial Analyst who will be responsible for the financial aspects of projects and will collaborate with the Project Manager. The role requires independent work and collaboration between teams including Procurement, Controlling, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Tax and Accounting. We will ensure project success through financial oversight and effective communication. How You'll Make An Impact We ensure the accuracy of project books and records and their compliance with financial guidelines. Financial execution of projects including generating sale orders and setting up projects in SAP, revenue recognition, invoicing and cashflow management, maintenance of project costs, securities, taxes, and insurance requirements Project Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting of financial status for portfolio of dedicated projects. We partner with Technical Project Manager in project steering /contract dealings, accounting, development of strategies or solutions. Support Project Managers to ensure project quality based on SE Guidelines and achievement of project goals (revenue, margin, SG&A, cash flow, etc.). We ensure accurate financial project set up including WBS structure in line with approved project budget and internal contractual arrangements. We set-up of a financial performance plan for the project based on the planned delivery schedule and lead it throughout the project execution phase. Early involvement in the Sales Phase to provide insights and lessons learned for an accurate product costing, risk analysis, scheduling and contract wording What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting (CPA, MBA, or MS a plus). 7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) or in a Project Finance role PMI, IPMA, or comparable experience in project management is an advantage. Detailed understanding of GAAP and IFRS. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, experience with SAP. Ability to handle accounting topics (Revenue Recognition, Loss Calculations, Cash Positions, etc.) Work independently, capable at multitasking and meeting due dates; excellent teammate and open to learn. Excellent problem solving, diagnosis and strong analytical skills. Hardworking with a hands‑on approach combined with the ability to provide leadership and structure in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be exacting, thorough and meticulous to detail, while still meeting timelines.
