Serves as the master of ceremonies, entertaining and motivating guests throughout the cruise. Key Responsibilities: Interacts with guests and hosts recreational activities for all ages. Participates in embarkation, debarkation, and port activities. Socializes with guests, attends events, and coordinates receptions. Assists in tour desk functions and organizes ShipShape or Sports Court activities. Participates in shows, skits, and other entertainment, including as master of ceremonies. Operates spotlight and AV equipment as needed and assists in rehearsals. Maintains inventory of props and supplies, and coordinates with relevant departments. Attends training and performs other duties as required. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in entertainment or hosting (theater, dance, music, etc.). Ability to lead large groups, provide basic instructions, and engage audiences. Knowledge of computers and basic software. High school diploma required; degree in theater or performance preferred. Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
