Location Onsite role based at Nextiva’s Guadalajara office (Calle Amado Nervo 2200, Jardínes del Sol, 45050 Zapopan, Jal.). In‑Office Expectation This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in‑person team environment. Main Responsibilities Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellation Research and respond to customer credit card disputes Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages Support Nextiva’s ticketing system Provide back‑up customer support for other positions as needed Create, review and apply incoming payments Process credit applications and set customers up on invoicing Work with internal customers in other departments as needed Research discrepancies and help to settle disputes Order service disconnection (disable) of accounts as necessary Update customer account information to include change of address, payment information or contact information Send customer copies of invoices upon request Participate in Billing System configuration as needed Perform other billing tasks as assigned Position Requirements Experience in customer service roles and call centre environment Advanced English (both written and oral) Exceptional Excel skills and general computer literacy Basic accounting and bookkeeping background Excellent multi‑tasking and communication skills Bachelor’s degree Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision Flexibility and willingness to align with the working hours of a team based in the United States, specifically in the state of Arizona, as needed Will Be a Great Plus Prior experience in Billing or in a customer‑facing role Benefits Health – Major Health insurance for you, your legal partner, and children under 25 years, including Vision and Dental coverage Insurance – Life Insurance (24 times your monthly salary) Work‑Life Balance – Newly hired full‑time employees receive 10 personal days before their first anniversary, 12 vacation days on their first anniversary, and 5 personal days annually thereafter in addition to vacation time Financial Security – Enjoy a 30‑day Christmas bonus, 50% vacation premium, company‑matched food vouchers (1 UMA/month), and a 13% matched savings fund ( annual UMA) Wellness – Employee Assistance Program and comprehensive wellness initiatives Growth – Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities and career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
