Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, International Trade, Law, or a related field (may be substituted with more than 5 years of experience in the foreign trade sector; however, a professional degree is required). Advanced conversational English. Up to 4 years of experience (experience in consulting firms is desirable). Monitoring and support in audits and procedures for Industry Promotion Programs such as IMMEX and PROSEC (essential). Monitoring and support in audits and procedures for VAT/IEPS Certification (essential). Knowledge of the application of foreign trade rules from the Ministry of Economy and the Tax Administration Service (essential). Providing advice, monitoring, and execution of SAT audits in foreign trade matters. Advising on foreign trade considering treaties, laws, regulations, and current legislation. Analysis of legislative changes for application in foreign trade operations. Knowledge of Rules of Origin under the USMCA: Criteria and Procedures (desirable). Experience working collaboratively, under defined objectives and within diverse scenarios and deadlines. Self‑leadership, team management, and direct customer service and interaction.
