Industry Client Solutions Manager, CPG/Commerce – LATAM Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A70564A Responsibilities Being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders – provide solutions covering product adoption, strategy or optimizations to link marketing objectives to business goals. Combine product developments, market landscape, competitor activities to give clients, agencies and internal teams a holistic strategic view. Build Test & Learn plans using Measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness, etc.) across full‑funnel solutions. Create narratives, workshops and business reviews to educate and upskill clients. Establish TikTok as part of client’s Always‑on Full‑Funnel platform; connect upper and lower funnel strategy, especially around TikTok Shop business. Account Management, Campaign Management & Reporting: manage and grow post‑sale relationships with brands and agency teams; steer account growth and success. Sense‑check/challenge media plans and provide suggestions. Handle campaign setup checks, performance monitoring and optimization suggestions for every client in the book of business. Own conversations around TikTok Shop business, helping clients scale GMV via assortment and creator strategies to drive ShopAds revenue. Gather, analyze and present data with insights and actionable next steps in post‑campaign reporting or account audits. Prioritize tasks by urgency and impact in alignment with Brand Partnerships Managers. Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact: build trusting relationships and robust communication with internal teams and external client & agency teams. Understand scope of cross‑functional teams and identify who to approach. Pushing product adoption, programs and packages built around company or market priorities. Participate in Account & Opportunity planning with Brand Partnerships team to develop innovative solutions & strategies. Track revenue attainment and impact of client activities on Book of Business. Share client/market/vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams via case studies or ad‑hoc sharings. Qualifications Years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing/e‑Commerce. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance. High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience operating advertiser campaigns with deep understanding of business challenges. Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Preferred: proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel/PowerPoint.
