Job Title: Marketing & Creative Intern (PR, Social & Graphic Design) Job Summary We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and trend-savvy Marketing & Creative Intern to join our team. This multi-faceted role bridges the gap between communication and visual design. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day PR and Social Media initiatives while supporting the production of visual assets for all core Marketing (MKT) and Joint Marketing (JMKT) campaigns. This position offers a unique, 360-degree exposure to international brand management, storytelling, and creative execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Public Relations & Social Media (50%) Media & Influencer Support: Assist in identifying, pitching, and maintaining relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and KOLs/Influencers; track PR clippings and coverage. Content & Copywriting: Brainstorm, write, and schedule engaging day-to-day copy and content for local social media channels. Community Management: Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster online brand community engagement. Event Coordination: Assist in the logistics, preparation, and onsite execution of brand events, product launches, and media gatherings. 2. Graphic Design & Campaign Support (50%) Asset Production: Design and adapt visual assets for marketing and co-branding (JMKT) campaigns, including social media graphics, digital banners, and presentation decks. Local Optimization: Support the localization, resizing, and formatting of master creative files to fit local marketing and retail channels (POSM). Brand Consistency: Maintain and safeguard brand visual guidelines across all designed touchpoints, ensuring a clean, minimalist, and high-end aesthetic. Creative Asset Management: Organize and maintain the team's digital asset library to streamline day-to-day visual workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline. Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio demonstrating clean layouts, an eye for typography, and a modern, effortless design aesthetic (essential). Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva; comfortable navigating major social media platform algorithms. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required for local operations and global alignment. Traits: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; ability to balance storytelling with visual creation in a fast-paced environment.
