Technical Project Manager Location: CDMX, México (Mexico). Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include lower-level leaders. Responsible for large accounts with high level of complexity. Accounts are of higher dollar values and strategic importance. Leads the defining and adherence to delivery management processes and policies. Exhibits advanced knowledge in delivery management best practices. Manages multiple programs and the coordination and direction of large third-party partner relationships. Responsible for delivering in a highly matrixed integral delivery model. Accountable for account growth. Mentors and trains less experienced delivery management team members. Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing large and complex accounts. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Expert priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group. Ability to lead large cross-functional team. Demonstrated attentiveness to driving quality and productivity within team. Expert analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization. Extensive experience managing very large third-party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of client satisfaction levels. Advanced ability to implement delivery transformation programs to re‑engineer delivery cost model.
