Overview As the Head Portfolio Director for Advanced Inspection Services, you will own the end-to-end portfolio strategy with full P&L accountability. Your day will balance strategic market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with product development, marketing, and commercial teams. You will focus on driving profitable growth, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, customer-centric, and effectively executed from concept through commercialization. Responsibilities Own and optimize the Advanced Inspection Services portfolio P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and ROI. Analyze market opportunities, industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer buying behavior to identify growth levers. Define and execute portfolio, pricing, and commercialization strategies that maximize customer and business value. Partner cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and marketing to embed customer needs into product design and positioning. Lead new product and service launches, as well as the ongoing expansion and enhancement of the existing portfolio. Monitor portfolio performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and deliver short- to mid-term business results. Qualifications Proven experience managing product or service portfolios with full P&L responsibility. Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, profitability, and demand forecasts. Experience leading go-to-market, pricing, and commercialization strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and marketing organizations.
