Join our Global GBS team as a Global GBS Compensation Specialist , where you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide. The position is based in Querétaro, México and is temporary with a duration of 6 months. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using internal frameworks and external survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Annual Compensation Processes: Support the execution of global compensation cycles including salary reviews, incentives, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with timelines. Data Management & Reporting: Prepare compensation analyses, dashboards, and reports to support decision‑making and provide insights to HR and business leaders. Policy & Governance Support: Ensure compensation practices align with global policies, guidelines, and internal controls while maintaining data integrity. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation‑related inquiries and recommendations. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Previous experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, preferably in a global or shared services environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, market surveys, and trends. Experience supporting compensation cycles such as merit, bonus, and salary review processes. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR systems and compensation tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication skills to clearly explain compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders. English proficiency.
