Your Job Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add an International Logistics Coordinator to support our operations at the KES MTY site . This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing international logistics operations, ensuring on‑time delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. This role acts as a key contact between suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods across global operations. What You Will Do Coordinate international import and export shipments via ocean, air, and ground transportation. Provide end‑to‑end visibility, tracking, and transit time monitoring to proactively manage delays. Manage logistics and trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, CoOs, BLs, and AWBs. Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and worldwide Incoterms. Maintain consistent communication and alignment with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams. Utilize and manage internal ERP systems (LN, PLM, and DBR) to ensure smooth operational workflows. Execute customs compliance activities, including value declaration, automatic notes and NOMs. Support internal and external audits and initiatives for logistics and trade compliance. Requirements (Basic Qualifications) Valid Visa and passport. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in international logistics, trade, or supply chain operations. Hands‑on experience managing multi‑modal transportation (Ocean, Ground & Air) and customs brokerage. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) alongside basic transportation financial knowledge. What Will Put You Ahead Preferred knowledge or advanced mastery of ERP Systems like LN, PLM & DBR. Experience supporting logistics and trade compliance audits within a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of customs regulations, international compliance, and standard ERP systems.
