About the team Stripe’s Global Professional Services team is focused on helping customers—from Fortune 100s to startups—deploy Stripe quickly and with high‑quality integrations. The team partners closely with front‑line developers and technical leaders to help customers derive strategic value from Stripe and grow as our product portfolio expands. What you’ll do Modernize and scale onboarding processes as part of Stripe Delivery Centers. You will serve as an Onboarding Specialist, delivering technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for users. Responsibilities Provide proactive technical guidance and support to users during their onboarding journey with Stripe. Deliver pre‑built technical workshops and kickoff calls to users. Offer light‑touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations and timely escalation of any delays with planned go‑live dates. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address user queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions. Anticipate and address potential technical challenges during onboarding, proactively suggesting process improvements. Provide guidance on best practices, product features, and account setup to ensure user success. Continuously update knowledge of Stripe’s products, features, and updates. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes and documentation. Minimum requirements Advanced English proficiency—fluent in written and spoken communication. Minimum 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or other complex technical environments. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions. Comfortable explaining technical concepts and how Stripe works from both product feature and API architecture perspectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders. Preferred qualifications Experience with financial systems, online payments, or e‑commerce platforms. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
