Descripción The main responsibilities are to: Lead the design and implementation of the AP area. Develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for AP migration. Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization. Oversee end-to-end AP processes: Invoice booking Invoice exception handling Vendor payments Full P2P cycle within an SSC environment Manage a hybrid environment with multiple ERP systems (SAP + other platforms). Build and scale the AP team. Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders (strong English communication required). Act as a key liaison across Finance, Operations, and Global teams. Travel (primarily to the U.S.) as needed during transition phases. Perfil buscado A successful AP Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable. Proven experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment. Demonstrated success building and transforming AP operations from scratch. Experience managing teams of 10-20 employees. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes (invoice booking, invoice exception handling, vendor payment and full P2P cycle). Advanced English is mandatory .
