We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced international company operating across multiple entities in North America and Europe. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong ownership mentality, capable of managing complex month-end close processes, reconciliations, reporting, and multi-entity accounting operations in a lean environment. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the monthly close process for multiple entities. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and investigate P&L variances. Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership and finance teams. Manage accounting activities related to inventory, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, reserves, payroll accruals, customer deposits, returns, and credit card reconciliations. Prepare commission calculations and supporting schedules. Coordinate closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payments. Support sales tax reporting, audits, and international accounting adjustments. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Support FX remeasurement entries and transfer pricing operations. Maintain accounting documentation and assist with process improvements. Required Experience 8+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong experience managing full month-end close processes. Advanced experience with reconciliations and journal entries. ERP system experience required (NetSuite strongly preferred). Experience in inventory accounting, accruals, reserves, and financial reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Background Multi-entity and international accounting experience. Experience within e-commerce, DTC, retail, or consumer products industries. Exposure to QuickBooks and international entities is a plus. Ideal Profile Highly detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
