Overview ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a knowledgeable IT Facilities Management / On-Call Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in managing our IT infrastructure and facilities, ensuring that technological resources are maintained, efficient, and secure. As an On-Call Engineer, your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that occur in a timely manner, while providing exceptional support to our internal teams and clients.
