Job Description The Engineering Manager is responsible for steering a group of related projects, subsidiary programs and program activities that are managed in a coordinated manner. It involves people management and resource management. Directs more than one team or complex teams with multiple disciplines and/or related sub-disciplines. Responsible for determining structure and member roles. Members of their team have leadership roles over other teams in turn. Establishes and implements business strategies with a long‑term focus (typically three to five years) based on the organization’s vision. Leads an organization to develop, implement, and achieve its mission, vision, and values. Influences directly and clearly the course of action that determines the achievement of results. Steers program components pro‑actively towards achieving set goals and outcomes. Realizes benefits toward profitability and efficiency. Supports operational strategy, mitigates risks, and leverages synergies due to common benefit. Develops rapport and reduces silos to enhance collaboration with customers, partners and connected horizontals. Program team competency development. Matrix and people dialogue. Qualifications Domain & Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (automotive, pharma, electronics, etc.) Knowledge of production workflows, traceability, and quality systems Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Requirements: Strong experience with at least one MES platform (Delmia Apriso, Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME) Proficiency in C#, Angular and SQL Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) Knowledge of SCADA/automation systems such as Ignition or Wonderware Hands‑on experience with system integration technologies (REST, SOAP, OPC UA) Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) Additional Information Problem solving Leading internal and external communication Stable, consistent transparency of risks & problems Realistic, complete planning of the entire project Ability to negotiate Diplomatic skills and assertiveness Organizing internal and external escalation, crisis management Integration of line management Integration and motivation of the project team All of our vacancies are eligible for relocation financial support based on internal mobility policy 0085. #J-18808-Ljbffr
