Overview We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients through multiple communication channels, providing a high level of service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, texts, and web chat Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions Support clinic operations by addressing patient inquiries and concerns Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Wired internet connection is required (must-have) Note: The company will provide computer equipment to your home; however, having a wired internet connection is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
