What You’ll Be Doing Manage the overall account relationship and the day‑to‑day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base. Work with internal and external resources, facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements. Own the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinate resources and processing of quotations, and work with management to set pricing. Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre‑sales and provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status. On‑going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Own and maintain the Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write‑offs and bill‑backs. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience in similar roles (Operations, Supply Chain or Sales). Advanced English skills (conversational and written). Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More (Optional) Power BI. Oracle/ERP. Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
