This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and creating new business opportunities from the ground up for a new company that delivers revolutionary technology to a traditional technology channel. The ideal candidate has experience in physical product sales, thrives in ambiguity, aggressively pursues new opportunities, and is relentless in building pipeline where none exists. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, social, and online events/webinars) Build and execute targeted prospecting campaigns using data mining and market research Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads Qualify inbound and company-provided leads, segmenting into high-value vs. low-value opportunities Develop and manage email sequences and outreach cadences within CRM system Engage prospects through consultative conversations to uncover alignment with company products Create and host webinars or virtual events to attract and educate new prospects Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting Continuously refine target lists, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates Required Skills & Experience Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation roles Demonstrated ability to “hunt” and create opportunities in untapped markets Strong research and data mining capabilities (LinkedIn, databases, industry sources, etc.) Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sequencing tools Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
