Job Summary Supply Chain Scheduler Organization & Schedule Organization: Material Planning/Production Control Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: Responsibilities Maintain and manage inventory levels of raw materials and component families, ensuring MPS achievement and proposing preventive actions to meet material availability. Set appropriate inventory levels for raw materials and components, leading actions to reduce inventory with relevant component families. Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) for each supplier and propose action plans to improve service levels. Report daily inventory levels of raw materials and component families. Ensure material and component availability to meet customer demand by planning requirements based on sales, inventory, and operations planning, anticipatory impacts with suppliers and production. Validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers. Track material arrivals daily and confirm suppliers ship parts on time per firm orders. Communicate complete, precise, and reliable information to supplier contacts, adjusting communication method and frequency to the situation (preventive, curative, crisis). Identify blocking points, plan quick actions, attend Logistics/Purchasing meetings, and support implementation with appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPS) to improve supply chain organization (Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run). Define inbound transportation plans with the External Flow Analyst. Support inventory counting, propose actions to maintain accuracy in cooperation with ERP and inventory control analysts. Alert sales and internal stakeholders during customer or internal crises, define priorities, follow action plans, and escalated as necessary. Meet supplier contacts regularly (once a year for major suppliers). Propose logistics protocols with suppliers in cooperation with External Flow Analyst and Purchasing. Ensure a backup for each supplier is trained, covers holiday periods, and that suppliers and internal customers are notified of absences and temporary account management.
