We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and operational activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, enhancing the onboarding experience, and supporting day-to-day HR operations across regions, including specific administrative support for Mexico and Brazil. Responsibilities Absence Management Manage the Time Off Admin for Brazil Support and provide information to payroll Manage payments to employees, administration and invoices Manage the approvals and cancellations in the system Provide employee support when needed Support local HR team when needed Mandatory Skills Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations Fluency in English Knowledge of Mexico employment legislation and benefits Availability to go to the office on an as-needed basis Strong organizational abilities Communications skills Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation #J-18808-Ljbffr
