This is an opportunity for an individual to join the Third-Party Oversight team, which is part of Global Investment Operations, a group dedicated to supporting and servicing the needs of our Investments business and its clients. The role centers on overseeing key service‑provider relationships across both WTW’s internal funds business and delegated client base, while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers. Success in this position requires a team‑oriented individual who is highly detail‑focused and comfortable working with numbers. The Role Following set procedures and maintaining controls (risk management). Ability to operate efficiently and accurately with tight timelines Build strong relationships internally based on mutual respect, integrity and teamwork and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with trustees/managers/colleagues at all levels Maintain accuracy of investments data to meet or exceed expectations Increase efficiency within the team by identifying ways to improve processes Support the calculation, validation, and oversight of Net Asset Value (NAV) for investment funds. The Requirements Minimum 1-2 years’ professional experience, preferably in investment management/custodian back-office operations/fund accounting. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Problem solving skills; and a desire to work in a risk-managed and controls-based environment Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure that information and knowledge is shared appropriately Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload effectively, and demonstrate effective time management skills, such as multi-tasking and prioritizing workflow Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel Bilingual English required Hands-on experience with NAV calculation or validation
