Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading and managing new product development projects in plumbing product categories, spanning a wide variety of products including sinks, toilets, and bathtubs. The PM manages the execution of multiple projects from ideation through to launch. Responsible for managing the implementation of New Product Development Programs that require extensive cross‑functional and cross‑site (including international) coordination. Projects primarily involve New Product Development for bath and kitchen fixtures, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, team members, and resources while monitoring the process from concept through launch. Utilize NPD Stage Gate processes to maximize the quality, speed, and business impact of the projects. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Design, Logistics, and Procurement functions to ensure that optimal business solutions are implemented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other analytical discipline. Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in project leadership on multiple moderate to complex projects. Strong knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics. Demonstrated success as a project manager, showing the ability to influence others to desired outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate complex problem resolution. Must be able to travel up to 35%. Knowledge of Gantt charts, Excel or equivalent project management software is required. Fluency in English is required. Working experience using Portfolio Project Management software.
